Before your first session
How do video sessions work?
After you book, you receive a link. At your appointment time you open it from a private place, on a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
When are appointments available?
In the evening. Open times are shown when you book through Grow Therapy or Headway.
Will my insurance cover it?
Most major plans are accepted. The booking sites check your plan and show your expected cost before you commit.
Do I have to live near Wesley Chapel or Tampa?
No. Sessions are online, so you only need to be located in Florida at the time of your session.
How is faith part of counseling?
Annie counsels from a Christian perspective. Prayer and Scripture can be part of your sessions, alongside established clinical methods, in the way that feels right to you. Clients who prefer to keep faith out of the room are welcome too.
What if I am in crisis right now?
This practice does not provide emergency services. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
